Instructions for use: Take 1-2 shots 2.5-3 hours before training. Well-trained athletes also do well to take 1-2 nitrate shots per day for 3-7 days prior to the event to load up on nitrate. Shake before use. Maximum of 2 shots per day.
Recommended daily dose: 2 shots per day.
Avoid using an antibacterial mouthwash or chewing gum during the entire period of intake. It is also not recommended to brush your teeth immediately after intake in order to avoid hindering the effect.
