Finance Administrator
Overview
A detail-driven role responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of key financial and administrative processes across the business. The Finance Administrator ensures stock, supplier invoices, inter-store transfers and customer accounts are managed correctly, supporting smooth operations and strong financial control across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process supplier invoices accurately, ensuring stock received matches supplier documentation
- Capture and create new products in the system, including correct cost and selling prices
- Print and distribute product labels and communicate relevant stock information to stores
- Oversee and manage inter-store stock transfers, ensuring transfers are prepared, collected and completed on time
- Maintain accurate stock control records and support inventory integrity
- Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up professionally to ensure timely payment
- Communicate clearly with sales staff, suppliers and customers to resolve queries and discrepancies
- Support the finance and admin manager with accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Follow established financial and operational processes to maintain compliance and accuracy
Requirements
- Strong numerical ability with confidence calculating margins, markups and checking data accuracy
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience using accounting systems, POS systems, and Excel or Google Sheets
- High level of attention to detail and process discipline
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed timelines
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to ask questions when clarity is needed
- Passion for sport, especially cycling, is advantageous. Familiarity with bicycle products and parts will make the role easier and more enjoyable.
Store Manager
Overview
A leadership role responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of a store, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and efficient retail execution. The Store Manager creates a welcoming, high-performing environment for riders while meeting sales, operational, and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and compliance
- Drive in-store sales performance and ensure individual and team targets are met
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness
- Manage stock receiving, stock control, transfers, and stockroom organisation
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Implement company promotions, campaigns, and operational processes in-store

Requirements
- 2–4+ years’ experience in retail management, preferably within the cycling industry

Sales Assistant
Overview
Frontline role focused on delivering excellent customer service, helping customers find the right bikes and gear, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Know and follow the sales process
- Welcome customers and assess their needs
- Recommend bikes, accessories, and services
- Assist with test rides and bike setup
- Inventory management and replenishment
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock presentation
- Support online order packing where needed
- Provide after-sales support and answer customer queries

Technician
Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Know the service process
- Diagnose and repair bicycles of all types
- Perform full services, tune-ups, wheel builds, brake/gear adjustments
- Build new bikes for the showroom and customers
- Manage workshop workflow and meet promised turnaround times
- Maintain a clean, organised workshop
- Advise customers on repairs, upgrades, and maintenance

Requirements
- Experience as a bicycle mechanic (qualification preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of components, systems, and tools

Bike Fitter
Overview
Technical role focused on delivering high-quality bike fitting services that improve rider comfort, performance, and injury prevention. This role is ideal for someone with foundational bike fitting education who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and be mentored by an experienced industry-leading bike fitter.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct entry-level to intermediate bike fits following Gear Change fitting protocols
- Assess rider posture, flexibility, goals, and riding history
- Make accurate adjustments to saddle height, saddle position, cockpit setup, cleat position, and contact points
- Educate customers on bike fit principles and equipment choices
- Work alongside senior bike fitters to learn advanced fitting techniques
- Document fit data clearly and accurately
- Assist with pre-purchase bike sizing and consultations
- Collaborate with sales and workshop teams to ensure fit recommendations are correctly implemented
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the fitting studio
- Provide post-fit follow-up and customer support
Requirements
- Completed a recognised bike fitting course or certification

Customer-facing role focused on delivering safe, memorable, and high-quality guided cycling experiences for individuals and groups using our rental bike fleet. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the bike, enjoys working with people, and has strong local route knowledge in Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Availability will be on a needs basis, depending on bookings and demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided cycling tours for individuals and groups across various routes and terrain types
- Select and adapt routes based on rider ability, weather, and conditions
- Provide clear pre-ride briefings covering safety, route overview, and expectations
- Ensure riders are comfortable with their bikes and equipment before departure
- Manage group pacing, navigation, and rider wellbeing during tours
- Offer local knowledge, insights, and recommendations to enhance the tour experience
- Handle basic mechanical issues and roadside adjustments where needed
- Respond calmly and appropriately to minor incidents or injuries
- Communicate clearly with the rentals and operations team regarding schedules and requirements
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
