RETURNS POLICY

The Gear Change will accept returns within seven days of the buyer receiving the item. All items must be returned in 100% the same state as when they arrived- unused, undamaged, and clean. Upon reception of your product, we will refund your payment in full. However, there is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of The Gear Change. At The Gear Change, we accurately and honestly describe each item to the best of our ability.
