Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

  1. The referral offer is valid only at The Gear Change Cape Town store (4 Liddle Street, De Waterkant, Cape Town, 8001).
  2. The referred customer must be a new customer who has never previously purchased from or received services from The Gear Change.
  3. Both the referrer and the referred customer will receive R250 off a Standard Service.
  4. The discount applies only to a Standard Service and cannot be used on any other products, services, bike fits, repairs, upgrades, or workshop labour.
  5. The referral card must be presented by the referred customer at the time of booking or before payment.
  6. The referred customer must complete and pay for a Standard Service before the referral reward is activated.
  7. The R250 discount is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.
  8. Lost, damaged, copied, altered, or expired referral cards will not be accepted.
  9. The Gear Change reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline any referral that does not meet the program requirements.
  10. The Gear Change reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral program at any time without prior notice.
